You can request deletion of your Breeza account and all associated personal data at any time by email or via this page. We process all requests within 30 days.
How to Delete Your Account
Request by email
Send an email to hello@breeza.io with the subject line:
Account deletion request
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been removed. No account ID or proof is required — we look up your account by the email address you send from.
Delete from inside the app
Open the Breeza app and go to Settings > Account > Delete account. This removes your account and the data on your device.
This requires a recent version of the app. On older versions the in-app option does not always reach our servers, leaves part of the data on your device, and does not tell you so. If you want certainty that your account is gone, use the email route above — we confirm every request.
What Gets Deleted

| Session feedback | Anonymised — the link to your account is permanently severed (user ID set to NULL); the calibration signal itself is retained as anonymous aggregate data that cannot be traced back to you |
All personally linked data is removed within 30 days of your deletion request. Anonymised aggregate data (calibration rows with no user link) may be retained permanently as it cannot be traced back to you.
