You can request deletion of your Breeza account and all associated personal data at any time by email or via this page. We process all requests within 30 days.
How to Delete Your Account
Request by email
Send an email to privacy@breeza.io with the subject line:
Account deletion request
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once your data has been removed. No account ID or proof is required — we look up your account by the email address you send from.
In-app deletion
We are building an in-app account deletion flow that will let you delete your account instantly from within the Breeza app. This will be available in a future update.
What Gets Deleted

| Rider profile | Permanently deleted (weight, discipline, level, quiver sizes) |
| Account UUID | Permanently deleted |
| Linked email address (if provided) | Permanently deleted |
| Session feedback | Anonymised — the link to your account is permanently severed (user ID set to NULL); the calibration signal itself is retained as anonymous aggregate data that cannot be traced back to you |
All personally linked data is removed within 30 days of your deletion request. Anonymised aggregate data (calibration rows with no user link) may be retained permanently as it cannot be traced back to you.
