Located on the harbor at Aber Wrac'h in Landeda, this restaurant celebrates Breton food traditions through chef David Autret and host Aurélie. After gaining experience in international kitchens across Singapore, Belgium, and Monaco, Autret returned to his native region to create a dining concept bridging classic technique with contemporary gastronomy. Every plate features in-house preparation using fresh seasonal ingredients and partnerships with regional producers including seafood suppliers, artisanal cheese makers, local bakers, and specialty ingredient purveyors.
