Fischkutter Butjadingen

Fischkutter Butjadingen is a traditional fishing boat operating from Wittdün harbor on Amrum. It represents the island's remaining shrimp-fishing heritage, with fresh North Sea shrimp cooked directly on the vessel and sold without preservatives. The boat also offers freshly caught fish depending on daily catches. Located at Steuerhaus in the yacht harbor, it operates Tuesday through Saturday mornings when the red flag is raised to signal fresh catch availability. This is a direct-from-boat sales operation offering locally-caught seafood.
