Kite beach at Gribovo, the western beach of Nafpaktos on the north shore of the Gulf of Corinth. The Gulf of Corinth funnels westerly winds eastward, delivering a reliable and consistent onshore wind from the southwest to west that builds from late morning and holds through late afternoon at 15–28 kt. Shallow, warm, pebble-and-sand bay; wide launch zone; beginner-friendly with WindCircus kite school on site. Almost-daily summer wind with excellent repeatability. Season March–September.

Nafpaktos or Naupactus, is a town and a former municipality in Nafpaktia, Aetolia-Acarnania, West Greece, situated on a bay on the north coast of the Gulf of Corinth, 3 km (2 mi) west of the mouth of the river Mornos.
