Founded over two decades ago in the Ayalon Valley, this family farm operation raises livestock and cultivates vegetables while producing olive oil, wine, honey, and jams. The delicatessen location opened in Ramat Aviv in 2008 to bring farm products to urban customers. A full-service restaurant was subsequently added to complete the farm-to-table experience, ensuring all ingredients originate from and are prepared according to the farm's seasonal cycles.
