The restaurant draws its identity from a mythological transformation of a sea wolf into a sea hare—emphasizing speed and reliability—as well as an actual Baltic fish species. Located in Kuźnica's distinctive coastal landscape, the establishment occupies an elevated mezzanine providing commanding vistas of Puck Bay visible from every seat. The space stands apart for its intimate yet refined interior, transparent kitchen operations enabling guests to watch food preparation, and a globally curated selection of spirits. The venue also operates Baltissima, a dedicated coffee roastery. Overnight accommodations are available at the affiliated Fulinowo guesthouse. Originally conceived as a year-round destination, the restaurant currently operates seasonally from spring into late autumn.
