For Marc (AKA Marco) DeRusso, food is a family affair. When he was 16 years old, he started helping out in his family’s New York restaurant. By 19, he was in the kitchen cooking. At 28, he took what his family had taught him, seasoned it with his own style and in 1999, he opened the do | pizza
