Brian's has been introducing wind sports enthusiasts to kiteboarding, windsurfing, and wing foiling on the Columbia River since its founding. Located at the Hood River waterfront, the school serves both beginners learning the fundamentals and experienced riders seeking advanced coaching. They maintain a comprehensive rental fleet including kites, boards, harnesses, wetsuits, and stand-up paddleboards, all regularly serviced and sized for current conditions. Instructors are IKO certified and develop individualized lesson plans tailored to each student's abilities. Peak season runs from May through the summer months when Columbia River wind conditions are strongest.
