Cold Spring Depot is housed in a building with significant Hudson Valley heritage, originally constructed as a working railway station in 1893, later repurposed as an automotive showroom before becoming a restaurant in 1972. The current iteration has operated since 1985, creating a warm, inviting space defined by wood bar seating, fireplace warmth, and book-lined walls.
