A 508-acre park on a Hudson River peninsula providing camping, hiking, and swimming opportunities year-round. The park features a nature center and holds significant historical importance, with archaeological findings indicating Native American habitation from 7,000 years ago. Historic wine cellars on the grounds are considered among the oldest in New York State. The park name derives from the Lenape word 'Kenoten,' meaning 'wild wind.' Recreation amenities include kayaking, cricket pitch rentals, ballfield rentals, and access to scenic trails and a beach.
