The Ilha de Luanda is a slender peninsula that curves along the edge of Angola's capital, separating the open bay from the Atlantic beyond. The East Beach sits on the bay-facing side, angled back toward the Luanda city skyline — making this one of the more visually arresting kite setups you'll find anywhere on the continent.
