About Club Mistral

Club Mistral sits at the northern end of the Gulf of Suez — a distinctive stretch of Egyptian coastline where the desert hills of Sinai frame the eastern horizon and the rocky Western Desert closes in from the other side. At these latitudes the gulf narrows considerably, and the landscape does most of the talking before you've even rigged up. In practice that covers a wide range of wind directions that remain workable on the water, with the gulf providing a long downwind fetch to the south once you're riding.
