Pantín sits on the wild Atlantic coast of Galicia, a wide northwest-facing beach on the Cedeira coastline north of Ferrol. Outside that window, the coast opens up and you're left with one of mainland Spain's most raw Atlantic setups — green Galician headlands, cold blue water, and enough swell to remind you you're not in the Mediterranean. Getting here means approaching from Ferrol to the south via the coastal road. The beach is accessible and road-signed from the main route, with parking near the shore. The launch is off the open sandy beach itself. Assess conditions carefully before setting up: Atlantic shore break can make a beach launch genuinely challenging, and an incoming tide tightens the usable shore zone. No dedicated kite facilities are listed at Pantín. Come fully prepared: a 5/4 minimum wetsuit, booties, and a hood are non-negotiable for October–April sessions. The village of Cedeira nearby has basic supplies, but don't rely on beach infrastructure.
