For most riders, the lagoon is the primary draw: reliable flat water, on-site schools, and a forgiving kite window that suits progression. The outer side gives experienced riders a secondary option when the wind decides to perform. As a package, La Ciaccia is an honest, well-rounded spot that delivers what it promises.
